Order and Shipment Confirmations
Once an order is placed on the webstore, you will receive a confirmation email. Please reply to the email if there's need to make any changes. A second email will be sent once your order has been shipped. No changes can be made on your order once the order has been shipped. 


Shipping Method
Orders are shipped the next business day and typically arrive within five (5) business days.  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay. Our default form of shipping method is Ground shipping. 


Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat shipping rate, regardless of your order size.  Please email Customer Service at

Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes - $12.00


International Shipping

Tracking your order
Your shipment confirmation email contains your tracking number. You may track your shipment via USPS site or click  here to track your shipment.


Return Policy
We will gladly accept  return of any unopened order in original packaging within twenty (21) days of invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping charges). If you wish to do so, please email customer service at [email protected] .  All orders will require us to receive the goods before issuing a refund. Return of good without prior authorization will be rejected.
